It looks like Apple decided that the current version of iCloud looks too minimalistic for 2022. The official iCloud website has been updated. Apple is now testing a completely new design.

Previously, it was a minimalistic design with icons, but now the format has changed to a tile-based. Moreover, the home page can be customized by moving, deleting or adding tiles. You can add tiles for all of the different iCloud apps and services and rearrange them, or you can make different widgets larger or smaller.

What can be added to the iCloud home page:

• Photos
• Mail
• iCloud Drive
• Notes
• Calendar
• Reminders
• Pages
• Numbers
• Keynote

You can also add a widget with all available applications for quick access to all at once. The appearance of different cloud applications has also been updated, but not much.

Anyone can take part in testing — to do this, you need to log in with your Apple ID on beta.icloud.com. The mobile web version is also available in beta.
