Tests began in the month of May and now we can see the global launch.
You can add up to 150 users to the Close Friends Circle without restrictions (that is, you can even add Beyoncé to your close friends).
All those who are part of your circle will see a green icon located under the tweets tab. So they will understand that they belong to your Close Friends Circle. At the same time, it will not be possible to voluntarily leave this circle, unless by blocking the user who added you there.
