Lenovo showcased new laptops concepts at MWC 2025
These laptops are currently in the prototype stage, and it is unclear when the devices will be available for sale.

Lenovo has unveiled new laptop concepts at the Mobile World Congress 2025, including a groundbreaking solar-powered Yoga Solar PC laptop and a ThinkBook Flip with a flexible OLED display.
ThinkBook Flip laptop with a foldable OLED screen
This is a transformer laptop. Its main feature is the flexible screen that can be folded in half. When fully folded, it becomes a 12.9-inch tablet. The device can also be transformed into a 13.1-inch laptop using a stand. However, it can have an even larger screen, with the back being expanded, resulting in a 18.1- inch display with a resolution of 2,000 x 2,664 pixels.
Lenovo offers five different laptop usage modes:
Clamshell Mode - The traditional form factor, ideal for everyday use.
Vertical Mode - In this mode, the screen is arranged vertically, making it easier to work with documents and code.
Share Mode - Allows you to collaborate with another screen, sharing content or working on multiple applications at once.
Plant Mode - Functions similarly to the Yoga series, transforming your laptop into a touchscreen tablet for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Read Mode - A distraction-free mode designed for reading, reducing eye strain.
The laptop has a "Workspace Split Screen" feature, which allows users to run multiple applications simultaneously, without the need for additional monitors.
There is also an AI assistant built into the laptop, which improves productivity.Additionally, the laptop is compatible with various modular accessories, such as the Magic Bay Dual Display Concept and the Magic Bay Tiko.
The device features an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and an SSD. It also has Thunderbolt 4 ports, a fingerprint scanner, and a smart ForcePad trackpad.

The ThinkBook Flip is currently at the prototype stage, and it is uncertain when it will be released for sale.
Lenovo also introduced another laptop, the Yoga Solar PC, which is powered by a solar charging system
The Yoga Solar PC back panel consists of 84 solar cells, which are made using Back Contact technology.
According to the company, 20 minutes of solar charging is sufficient to watch videos for one hour. Moreover, users can charget he laptop indoors with only 0.3 watts of light.
The current and voltage are adjusted according to the angle of inclination and the brightness of the light, which helps extend the life of the batteries and increase the duration of operation of the device.
The device weighs approximately 1 kilogram, and the casing is 1.5 centimeters thick. It is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra processor, 32 gigabytes of RAM, and a 1 terabyte SSD. It has a 50.2 watt-hour battery. The screen size is 14 inches, and it is OLED.
Lenovo has also developed a universal solar power kit for Yoga Solar PC. It's a portable, folding solar panel with an external battery that can charge a laptop directly through a USB-C port.

The Yoga Solar PC is also in the prototype stage, and release dates are currently unknown.
